This may surprise you, but until about sixth grade, I was pretty uninterested in fashion. Even MORE of a surprise may be that my mom actually MADE ME go shopping! I was perfectly content in my basketball shorts and slicked back pony tail. After one too many times of being asked if I was a boy (yes, there was more than once) I decided it was time for a change.
